15 minute Zoom call at sign in to discuss goals and important information. 

15 minute Check in calls Bi-Weekly (4 total) to go over questions, obstacles, exercise technique, program updates and all other necessary information.

Availability is limited. I only accept 15-20 clients at once, so I can dedicate enough attention to you and maximize your potential for success.

1:1 Session

Whatever your goal, I systematically create workouts that are designed to help you get there. I will target muscles that need strengthened to improve your overall mobility and stabilization to minimizes soreness and improves your daily functional movements.
